I don't think so. I have not experienced any bloat with it. If you are unsure and are happy where you are right now, maybe hold off till after the shoot.

Yea when your trying to peak for a photo shoot or contest minor changes can have a pretty big result so i wouldnt try something new. However Hard-FX should have an overall leaning effect and increased body composition.

my thoughts as well jim. give usd a run down of your meals throughout the day....from wake up until lights out...i see you have the protein powder in there, but what are some of your whole food sources? protein, carbs, and fats?...

the old meal planner an workouts i made is on this forum on page 6, i just edited the old copy in pen with the changed meals, but i wil retype it an get it on here after work. If the AX claim that Hard Fx, Mass Fx & Trisorbagen do what they say then either i received a dodgey pack or they our just curry pills with a big name because i feel nothing different from when i take the first dose to the second probly, i told my the gym owner what im taking and he looked at what was in the ingridients and said that its just money making fancy name with nothing in it and im starti to belive him, i was wel xcited when first seen AX but after taking them nothings differnet wat so ever!

Well Ax supplements do work, iv experienced them at first hand... as for your experience im not sure why things aint working out for you. If you have been using them for 3 weeks+ and not even gained a pound then this says that something is wrong on your behalf aswell though.

Im gunna quote this "if that dont work then hard think is in order but hopefully wont need to wen start new supplments!"

You got priorities wrong, make sure you can make gains naturally and then use supplements to aid you, not waste money and do it the other way around. Supplements are secondary with diet being priority.

First up: Maximuscle are poor. Sure they have all the nice packaging and all the sponsorship deals but that is because they got in the UK supplement market first. Their products are overpriced and you can find alot cheaper products which are better.

Secondly you are training Chest and back together which are two very big muscle groups. If you are truly training chest to failure how the hell do you have the energy to train back afterwards?

Thirdly many of the foods you are eating are pretty poor in terms of their micronutrient breakdown.
    Why no protein at breakfast?

How much do you weigh and how long have you been on the stack for?

Maximuscle is UK's version of something like Dat dere ... you know who I mean , except they stick more to protein and stuff not advertising products that will supposebly make you hyuuugeee in just 1 week :P.

Myprotein.co.uk No doubt UK's best site for cheap yet effective bulk supps including protein.

wel i managed to find 2 tubs for £60 so thats not bad considerin maximuscle themselves charge fair bit more than that. wel i just do a set on each then do it agen not usin all muscles to tire myself out. with my new meal planner im takin dymatize super mass gainer and bran flakes at breakfast. I weigh a measly 128lbs since i was 16 never goes up or down and hard part is my matabolism is fast which makes it even harder, wat wud u suggest both meal and workout? ive been on stack for 3 weeks an nothin has changed bar sweat smell due to the curry pills!!!
