We could. I used to have one in here and it was rarely used so I removed it a few months back. Let me see if I can find one that is easy to install and for people to use inside the forum. 123 FlashChat sucks.

I have been seriously working out now for 24 years and I haven't seen my strength shoot up while using MsssFX since I was in my early 20s. Over the last 20+ years I have tried just about everything in every combination possible and nothing has given me gains like this. I went from 315 squat to 405, bench went from 255 to 315, dumbell shoulder presses went from 70LBS to 90Lbs dumbells and dead lifts went from 315 x4 to 365 x 6.

Wrong age on the dude, he explains that he was been working out for 24 years and he hasnt seen his strength shooting up since he was in his easy 20s. making him atleast 44 Its under the Mass-FX quotes.

Seriously ? I was certain that I have read somewhere that it was 4 weeks off. I even went throught the garbage just a min ago,( knowing that I tossed out an empty bottle of mass-fx the other day. )
Damn, that mean that I need to wait another 5 weeks before I can start with mass-fx again.. gaaah.. now im really sad....
