I posed this question to Biceps earlier today...

Since animals are typically more cognisent of our different smells, and pheromones are definitely a scent, then how would an animal pick up on this? As soon as mine arrives, I'm going to keep tabs on Max. The LAST thing I want is a 145lb male Dane humping my leg....or anything else!! More than likely, he'll be apt to just lick it off of my neck. He licks my deoderant when he gets the chance. What a weird puppy...

And yes, I am unfortunately serious in this rather scientific inquiry. Leave it to me to not only think out of the box, but carry said box to the zoo and see what the ostriches think of it.

Haha, thats a great question. Ill let you know how it goes with my test subject too but she only weighs in at a whopping 15 lbs. Even your dog out weighs me Tim :(
