gonna start my official comeback thread in another week, maybe two. but my weight is shooting back up, back to 260 or so, which is about 20lbs. heavier than i was a couple weeks ago. clothes are starting to fit again and the strength is coming back fast and furious. though i'm on strict doctors orders of no lifting greater than 5lbs., somehow the weight keeps mysteriously loading itself on the bar. military's are up to 185lbs. for 6-8, incline smith is back up to 225 for 8-10. back and bi's and tri's are coming along nicely as well.. every week i'm stronger and fuller. still unable to do squats, leg press, deads..which really blows.. leg workouts for now are limited to leg extensions, and ham curl varieties.. hopefully not too much longer though..

TUT TUT bad Kim! Atleast things are starting to go ahead despite not beeing given the heads up, you will be lifting some good poundages in no time i bet and be close to where you where before in terms of weight. Have you added much fat due to lack of exercise or did you change diet alot etc?
