been back in the gym the past two days. i haven't exactly gotten medical clearance from my doc on this, but if i had to sit around my place any longer i think i might lose it. started back in on my supplements- syntha-6, AXcell, dark matter, glutamine, mutlti-vit., and MFX (have two bottles to tear thru, then it's on to MFX- the destroyer) i'm gonna start an official
KSWOLL: "The Comeback" thread in a few weeks, but for now, just concentrating on getting my full ROM back while using some very light weights. really looking forward to the new HDX,MFX- the destroyer, and power packs to throw into the mix... not to mention carnobolic and whatever else AX releases.. also, i get back to work on tuesday, got cleared from my doc for light duty 5 days a week..ahh yes, back to the strip club. have a great weekend ladies and gents![]()

thanks sockouk- i know you know a thing or two about training through injuries. i'm currently using a cane to take some of the weight off of my leg, so i gimp around the gym from one piece of equipment to the next lol...

Yeah I u sed to to train at 7am to avoid the gym idiots bashing into my knee. Reverted back to that timeslot now because the gym has got busy the rst of the day.
really glad to hear this news bro! Seems that you are recovering quicker than usual but im guessing it'l still be a while before you get to squat etc but you can do upper body right.
I enjoy reading others logs on here aswell as posting my own stuff, will be nice to see your recovery and see the numbers you put up when ya fully recovered cos we all know your freaking huge!

thanks fellas. the cane is quite pimp, i must say. not real flashy, but makes a handy
weapon. as far as training, been doing upper body work, very light, but enough to get sore. which by the way feels great since i havent felt any muscle soreness in 3 months. as far as legs go, extensions, ham curls (seated, lying, standing), and the ab/aductor machine is about all i can do for now. squats, leg press etc. are gonna be awhile.. the weights should increase pretty steadily once i can really start pushing it.
You think about 1-2months more untill squats and leg presses? Bet you have been going insane with 3 months away from the gym after all those hours you have sweat it out in the past.
It would be nice to see you log even after your fully recovered, see how you train etc and I like following training logs as mentioned. Thats if you got the time.

i'm shooting for 2 months max before i can start hittin' the squats, hacks, leg presses. with rehab, plenty of hard work, i'll be under the bar again fo' sho'. everyday i feel alittle stronger and more confident on my leg. just being back in the gym is such an incredible mental boost. i will def. keep a "comeback" log, and *big D*, i'll make sure i continue my training log once i'm 100% again. i'm gonna get back on stage bigger and better than ever. i feel more motivated than i've ever been. 2010 is gonna be a BIG year. whoop whoop!! get some!
no doubt *big D* hope you crushed it at the gym. my mornings now consist of physical therapy 3x a week. my doctor said not to lift more than 5lbs. on my arm. i did military presses on the smith machine w/ 135lbs. for an easy 10 reps. and it felt great..lol... ready for the new MFX and HDX to kick it into overdrive!
Thats frickin awesome...good luck and stay healthy. Will follow the comeback...
