Default Slim Extreme first timer finally getting serious

    Share |
Ok folks, I'm 33 yrs old, 3 kids and happily married. I'm 5ft 4inches, filipino/chinese, 185lbs. I let myself go since my daughter was born back in 1998 when I was a whopping 140lbs. roofing/carpentry apprentice.

Since then I have changed career. I work for a nationwide ISP (Internet Service Provider) and I work from home. To say the least I have heard great things about Slim Extreme and I am going to use it to kick start my slimming/trimming and workout regimen. I was never good with dieting but my activity level has been very low until about the last 6 months where I have gotten back into spearfishing. I quit smoking since Jan 3rd and most of my wanting to get into better shape has been to become a better diver.. Just to look good and get healthy has never been enough motivation for me.

Well I'll be posting back with my results as I progress and hopefully change for the better. I'm too embarrassed to post any pictures but if things start to look good I'll post some before and after..

My question is long term use of SX. Is it recommended to cycle this product or is it safe enough for long term continuous use? If it is recommended to cycle, please explain.

    Thanks,

Bingobango - that's what I"m going to say once I hit my goals!!

Welcome to the forums my friend! I have to personally say that SX is a great product and anyone would stand by me on that one, anyone who tries SX likes it and anyone who tries it looses weight! Don't be embarrased to post any pictures, we are a kind community and understand that people are all different shapes and sizes. I wouldn't personally put pictures up on a place like bodybuilding.com because there is alot of younger people who negatively comment on anyone who doesn't look like a smaller version of Arnold Schwarzanegger. Anyway It will help with motivation when you see howmuch of a change you have made .

SX will deffinately help you with your goals if you struggle to avoid those nasty junk food sessions along with meals in general which set many people back who are trying to do it supplement free, this works well along with the energy to help you work harder. I have known people use this product for 3 months straight etc as the body does not adapt to it meaning it continous to work great.
    It's Summer Time!

    Default Many thanks

If I can find a picture I like I may change my mind and post.. Thank you for the kind welcome. I wish I was at least 5' 10" then 185lbs wouldn't be so bad but since all I got is 5' 4" then I'll have to make due..

The main reason why I asked if this supplement needs to be cycled was because of this post: Anabolic Xtreme Slim Xtreme Review by Richard112595.

Any suggestions? If not, I'll use as directed and post my results. thanks again.

    Welcome to AX, bingobango!

SX is an amazing product, although like all other supplements, it affects people in different ways. Initially, you may have trouble falling asleep, this will subside in a few days as you body get use to the increased metabolism, and all the other perks of SX. As for long term use, that is something that needs to be established on a case by case basis. There are a couple of people on this board that have been on it for 4 or 5 months with no sides to mention. Others have been directed by adim or mods to cycle it by a few days on, a couple of days off. It's hard to say how you will react. I can tell you this, start with 1 cap a day, early in the morning with food. This will help to determine your sensitivty as food will slow absorbtion. If you feel it wasn't strong enough, take 1 cap the next day on an empty stomach. Avoid all other stims, such as caffeine, while taking SX as it will prolong the effects.

Hope this helps. Good luck with your goals.

    Jim

thanks Tim..SBG- SX def. worked wonders for me when prepping for jr. usa's. i was way into my contest prep. before i started it, (about 1 month out) i was hesitant at first to add the SX in to my contest prep as i wasn't sure how my body would respond. but, as carbs were getting lower and energy levels too, i gave it a shot. it wasn't that i wondered if it worked or not, i read hundreds of posts from users, so that wasn't an issue, just get a little paranoid when trying anything new when prepping for a show..i'm sure you know what i mean.. anyhow, taking 1 cap. first thing am on an empty stomach would get me through the cardio no problem, and also keep my appetite down to some degree on those real low carb days... good to have you stop by, and best of luck in Nov.

    Hi Jim / All,

I was able to try my first dose yesterday morning on Father's Day. It was like a gift to myself. Here's how my day went.
7:00am woke up groggy like normal - couldn't believe I woke up this early after working to 1:30am. Also found out boating is cancelled.
7:15am - I remembered my SX came in and I took it immediately (1 cap).
8:00am - I didn't feel anything different except no appetite - I'm usually hungry and crave something heavy in the morning.
8:30am - Ate breakfast because the wife made bacon and eggs for me and the kids. I had 2 pieces of bacon and 1 egg, 1 scoop of rice. This filled me up.
9:00am - Felt more awake and decided to burn some energy. 15 minute quick workout. Pushups, pulldowns and some curls.
9:15am - Decided I wanted to go diving (skindiving / spearfishing).
12:30pm - Finally got to the beach with family. Dove for about 2 hours then swam with kids for about another 30 minutes. Didn't catch any fish but I couldn't go too deep since I was diving alone.
4:00pm - On the way home and remembered I didn't eat anything. Had a gassy feeling like I had a bubble at the top of my stomach. I felt this before when I took ripped fuel (many years ago but I'll never forget that feeling). I figured I didn't eat anything which contributed to that feeling. Also, I'm usually very tired and sleepy at this part of the day especially after diving.
4:15pm - Wife went to get some mocha drink and ice cream for the kids. I didn't have any feeling for it. Refused to order it, I just wanted some water.
5:30pm - Left the house for Fathers Day dinner. I wasn't starving but I did feel a little bit hungry.
8:00pm - Got home and noticed that the effects were wearing off and started to feel sleepy.
All through the night I had interrupted sleep. Feels like I slept for 1 - 2 hours then woke up.

    Today:
Woke up at 7:00am - Took SX 1 cap at 7:15am
Right now it's 8:18am and I'm feeling awake and i'm going to eat some fiber one cereal. I'll report back about the interrupted sleep and the gass bubble feeling over the next few days.

Any suggestions? Has anyone else had these effects? Overall I think my body is responding well and I think this will really help me see some good results and motivate me to keep going until my ideal weight/form/look, then I should be able to maintain that without SX which is the goal.

Sounds likes it's working for you BB, good to know. Are you drinking enough water throughout the day? If not, SX will leave you with cotton mouth and you'll tend to swallow a lot causing you to swallow air. This may be you bubble feeling.

Just a thought, keep us posted.

    jim623,

The bubble feeling went away on the 3rd day and you're right I did not drink enough water throughout the first day.

Due to working until 3am, Monday and Tuesday night. I stopped usage yesterday so I could catch up on some sleep. I'm back on it today as of 7:30am HST. So far so good except for the sleeplessness that i'm still getting used to, although I did have some very unusual work hours that kept me going well after the effects should've worn off. As my week starts to normalize and the weekend comes up I'll report back sometime next week.

    Thanks for the support...
