Thanks i been plaining this for like a week or so. Friday about an hour before my first workout I will be getting a BF% test to see how off i am from my calapers. I hope i can sleep tonight i so pumped now :>

<div align="center">What’s up peeps got up a little later than normal since I went out on the town. Popped my first doses 1 Mass FX, 1 HX2, 1 Trisorb, 1 StimX, 1 Retain2 plus my list of regular supplements. Had my muscle milk. I had my turkey chili for lunch. About 30mins before Pre-w/o - 2 Mass FX, 1 Trisorb, 1 Rampage, 1 Retain2. Here is what I did for my work out.</div>

<div align="center">All I can say is ohh my god. I Have never felt like running as much as I did. After the Back work out I even ran 7 minutes more. I have never done that before. I think it was due to finding out what my real BF% was. Reason I did so many sets is due to I had no clue what my limit was. This week is going to be were I find what I can do.
I took my next dose at 7pm, 1 Mass FX, 1 HX2. At that time I started to feel like I was starting to crash. Kind of like I needed a nap. So I ate my dinner and still felt tired. It is 9:30 and I still feel like I need to head to bed. I think it might be the rampage wearing off. It could also be that I had a good work out. My back is little sore but feel good. </div>

I think my legs and back are strong. I have to wait to see what my other parts can do... On the Low Back Extension i maxed out my bowflex :( they said i wouldn't be able too
