    VcF's Comeback with Lean Fx and SX PART 1

    Ok here is part 1 of 2 cycles.
    first cycle is only Lean FX and SX
    second I am planning on doing a UMC with Mass Fx and Sx
    My goal is to drop down to 200 on this cycle. so I be dropping 31 pounds. I set this goal a little farther then what I may get but always set goal high and you may make it if you want it bad enough. the reasons why I want

    Like always I will eat clean. Cutting my sugar and sodium.
    Cals intake around 1200-1500. I will list my foods that i am eating i will also post my chilli that i use to cut wieght and also use during my muscle build. i have eaten this january 08 to the end of February 08 and lost 40lbs of fat. it taste good and does not get old .

    I have not decide if my Mass fx and SX will be 4 weeks or 8 weeks I will decide in 2 weeks of cycle.

    Supplements in uses
    Lean FX 3/day 1 at a time
    SX 1/day till last week
    Omega 3 1
    Nos - 1 scoop prework out
    b's -2 pills
    Flexanol (for my joints)

    Work out will be hard i will take one two days off a week. i will do some light running on those days. I will post the work out plain ASAP. Bow flex will be used with elliptical

    sample of work the work out days
    Monday -------- Chest/light arms
    Tuesday -------- Legs/light abs
    Wednesday ---- back/shoulders
    Thursday ------- Arms/light chest
    Friday ----------- Abs/light legs
    Saturday -------- Cardio
    Sunday ---------- Cardio

    I know I be out of town in April 24th for 5 days so I will Do some running and push ups.
    I be heading to TX to my other house. I planning on moving this summer.

    I will also post the out come of my work out. doing this helps me stay focus and not relax. also photos that were taken will be posted and lets just say i not happy with what they will look like. another reason to bust my ass..

    DAY 1

    To day I ran for the first time in 6 months. I did not do chest or arms today. I do plain to do legs on day 2.

    Ran 7minutes .8 miles 68 cals burned

    Food intake was really low 2 bowls of chili through the day. I know this is not good but i was not hungry. I will have 3 meals a day from now on.

    also plain to have a better layout on this log.

    Photos should be posted on day 2.

    Nah, I know how vcf has some awesome detail in his logs. Its the definition on a solid log with all the info needed. We can even expect some graphs and stuff, huh?

    Yea i know. i was down a little. but i was not 100% ready to go. with things so todays work out will be balls to the wall.

    Smile DaY 2

    Day 2



    Well today's work out got pushed late do to things that i need to take care. I did not want to skip or slack.

    Here is what i did.



    Since I have not done any real work out since September I have need to find where my limits are. It was a reality check. I lost a lot of what I gained. So its time to get back to where I was

    Food intake

    2 cups of my chili
    2 6oz mushroom hamburgers.

    I will try to set up a full layout of detail of what i am in taking.

    Well since I have started I have lost 2 lbs
    here the graph



    So far i feel really good. cravings are gone

    Ok here are the pre cycle work out photos. hope you have a barf bag.


    Also if anyone has an issue with the images not fitting on screen let me know i will shrink them a little more

    Day 2

    Well didn't work out today had way to many things to do. so like in my Umc cycle i Add it to the next days work out

    Food intake.

    well i had 3 1/2 bowls of chili

    i also add Flexanol (for my joints)

    Weight 226.8 A total of 5 Lbs

    WOW still losing weight. I think the cycle is Kicking some ass, i Also think my diet change is another possible reason for losing weight.

    Day 4

    well to day I realized that I am way out of shape so I am going to still work out but only 2 exercises per group. I was so weak after I did 2 back exercises that I was dizzy, so I just did back. I know next week should be a better week for me do to I be in better shape.



    food intake 3 chili

    as you can see i on a chili diet
    and its tastes good :>

    plain is to get my 6-7 hours and eat some eggs
    then chili
    then a 6-8oz burger

    my goal is to set up a better food plain for 2nd week

    Still losing weight 6 lbs so far 25 more to go all I need is a lb a day



    So far Lean Fx and SX is helping me with urges

    Day 6 Abs

    To day was a good work out body feels sore and tight

    Here what I did


    Food intake

    2 eggs
    2 turkey Burger

    Here is my weight chart


    So far 8 lbs
    I did round down from 233.4
    I only lost .4 lbs. I think I lost only that do to relaxing.

    Day 7

    Well i did run 10 mins got my heart rate up.



    That Is 12lbs

    Well i think there are several reasons why i lost so much. 1st is lean Fx and SX

    2nd. Is i linited all my suger and sodium.
    3rd Food intake was 95% Clean

    I will add review of mass fx and SX so far on monday

    I think my goal for next week is to have do 3 exercises per group.
    I will run and see if i can improve. I also still feel my abs work out. kind of shows me how bad i was getting. i Will add Reverse Crunches every other day.

    Review of Lean Fx and SX
    1st Week


    Well so far i feel less of a craving to eat crap. hunger is down. I have to set a time to eat. the huger is gone.

    I have a nice boost about 20-30 mins after I take them.

    Ok to days work out went really good. My chest is sore :| so i know i did a good job.

    Day 8
    Chest

    here what i did


    improving on running

    food intake was kind of off a little.
    i had a protein bar
    2 8oz hamburger

    -k- i went back to 221 But still 10 lbs is good for one week. the reason i think i gained was do to a shake and a Burger :< .



    plain for tomorrow is legs and abs. I decided not to push my arms do to how my chest was feeling.

    Hey man nice log so far, I gotta get myself one of those charts made up :P. I will also be starting this cycle in around 4-6 weeks so I cant wait! Hope I get some quick poundage loss and need to do some abb work for the first time in my life, 12 weeks till I go sit in some sun for a week

    i have not done abs in so long i felt the burn on first set. and i really didn't do that much weight.

    so i going to try to do some extra abs in work outs, it depends on time.
