Haha sorry sinner Im not sure if to carry on or not... its a hard decision to make for me. It has gotten worse since summer has started. A few things put together which have slightly put me off but then the starting of the summer has probally been the last straw, some like the summer but the heat really irratates me which I dont understand because I dont carry alot of fat or muscle and nor is my cardiovascular system bad. Even when I was at my very best fitness level in terms of running ability etc in my late teens and was pretty much skin and bones I would get hot alot faster than others and on holiday I usually run for the shade! Don't think this is avoidable as I doubt it is a problem that can be solved.

I know how you feel man. I don't mix well with warm weather, either.

I think I was made for the cold. I'm the kinda guy you might find brushing the snow off his car, wearing soccer shorts.

I like the warm weather a lot but for me theres a fine line between the warm weather i like and the heat that i hate. Once the temperature starts exceeding 80-85 I sweat A LOT and HATE it. Especially if its muggy too and I'm on stims haha

Just cruise around in a beater and you should be good

Yesterday it was probally 75 at the most. It irratates me which is probally why I can't get aggression or focus. In the last 3 months all my lifts have decreased e.g. Yesterday the weight which I did for 6 reps was 30 pounds lighter than the end of my 3-ad PCT. I think since the end of my PCT it has gone downhill.

This could be due to a bumber of variables, some of which good, and others (of course) bad.

Remember that weights and reps aren't THAT important. I've seen my numbers drop and my size increase many of times.

Wow im a bit behind, well with the problems I was encountering I allmost forgot about the log and did stop both products. I have started Lean fx again and since I have had 3 decent workouts which I am happy to say after having a terrible workout on tuesday, I just felt like stopping lifting for a few months but I think I have got my act back together I will start to post my workouts again on tuesday, got just under 2 weeks to go untill my holidays.

Is it possible to take 4 lean fx a day? If so would this have any positive effects over the usual 3? would be nice to hear if I can and it would work a bit better than 3.

The effects of LeanFX will be a little stronger. That's about it. Other than that, there's nothing special about dosing 4 caps.

Today I was happy as I had a good workout, I did chest+biceps along with some cardio however im really missing the SX on the cardio. Kept my food intake pretty clean today so far, late in the evening is a weak spot and also the time inbetween my mid-day meal and evening meal.

Sundays leg workout was the best I have had in ages however todays lifting was even better which was great! after I have had my 2 holidays, so in about 2 months I should start to get my strength back which I lost over the last few months.

    Workout:

    3 x Flat bench press
    3 x Flat Db press
    3 x Flat Db flys
    3 x Cable crossovers

3 x Seated Alternating Db curls
    3 x Cable curls
    3 x Concentration curls

    Cardio: 10 mins bike, 2.8miles
Crosstrainer also for 10 mins (forgot to record any numbers)

Might do some HIIT skipping first thing in the morning, will post weight to see if any changes on Saturday.

    Thursday workout

Today was a very warm day for me so I decided to hit the gym later in the day than usual at around 5 to try avoid the hottest part of the day... unfortunately the weather hadn't cooled down the slightest but for once it didn't effect my lifing and I still had a good session.

Today I did back + a bit of cardio

    Back:

3 x Lat pulldown ss with cable rows
3 x Pullups (Palms of hands facing each other)
    3 x Deadlifts ss with hyper-extensions.

A good workout, didn't get too warm and therefore wasn't feeling exausted, got a strong back pump especially lower back from the deadlift+hyper-extensions ss, not that I liked it much but it let me know I was hittin it quite well.

Cardio: Did just 20mins on the treadmill, 15 mins work with a 5 min cooldown. Not sure on the distance I forgot to take note at the 15 min mark because I was feeling pretty tired and wanted to stop. Drank tons of water during my lifting to keep me cool and unfortunately I could feel it swishing in my stomach, not a nice feeling and I felt a few times like I would be sick but carried on.

Well I have to say this log hasn't been the greatest so far because of the problems I had in the opening week. I didn't really get any great workouts and after having problems I stopped both products. I started again a week ago with just lean fx, leaving me only 2 weeks to achieve my goals with just the one product. Because of the problems in the first week I didn't loose any weight but I am happy to say that during the last week of Lean fx only I stepped on the scales this morning supprised, I am down 8 pounds!

Well this is typical! after posting that I have had some good results I hit the gym today and started what would of been a good session. On shoulder press with the weight I have been using I have managed 10,8,6 reps before, the best I managed was 10,10,6 but today I got 10 reps on all 3 sets which I was happy about. Started doing shrugs ss with front lat raises and on the second set I made the most stupid mistake! I wasn't thinkin and went to simply pick the bar up off the floor for shrugs and had my back rounded (school boy error!) I did the shrugs but once I released the weight, bam! the pain hit me and no way could I do any-more of my workout. Really annoyed at myself for making such a stupid mistake to injure myself, there is no chance of been able to do legs tmorrow as Im in alot of pain and will be lucky to train on Tuesday.

I will keep doing stretches etc to get bloodflow to the site of pain and hopefully recover the muscles a bit faster, also applyin heat on a regular basis should hopefully help. Got some over the counter ibroprufen which is supposed to be for back pain, should be better than basic paracetemols! At least I would of though it will be stronger as I was asked a ton of questions whilst trying to purchase it.
