Hi all and welcome here....I am planning to do a 2 months long cycle with the following products in it:
-Mass FX (week 1-4)
-Rampage (week 1-8)
-3-AD (week 2-4)
-Advanced PCT (week 4-8)
-Lean FX (week 4-8)
It might be a log for it with experiences and feedbacks during the cycle...
Everybody is welcome and I am ready to listen any suggestion on splitting the stuff or about anything!
I am still waiting for the products at moment,hope I will receive them in hours...
I will post weight and measurements later on!

yes I will use the Rampage just to push myself into the gym...
No....actually I got mood to train hard but if I can make it harder,why not?
so the cycle will start on monday except Rampage which gonna be tried today evening b4 my shoulder training............I will kill my shoulders definitely!!!!!!!
May I ask You if U could keep the mass You gained during the cycle???
I have just done the first session with rampage....hmmm....I dont know....I didnt sleep enough today as I work in nights so finished 6 am.....and woke up 9.....
also my nutrient intake was not the best....but still was ok....only took 1 tablets first time but I will stick to 2....I am sure with Mass Fx will work as I expect!!!

MEGA CYCLE- very nice. you've got everything you need to make some killer gains and really transform your physique. if you are able, i would get some AXcell to make sure you ae getting your bcaa's to maximize muscle growth and to help keep your stamina up during training. focus on your diet as well. get plenty of protein and those clean carbs, not to mention alot of water. looking forward to following this log and your final results. now go get some!!

Yes my protein intake is high enough and I am about to have some bcaa in the next few days...
My extra supplements I forgot to let U know:
-Scitec nutrition Anabolic Whey 4 times a day
-Olimp Mega Glutamin capsules (360capsules 1400mg pure glutamin in each)
-Centum multivitamin(its a hungarian brand)
-Cod liver oil gel capsules with glucosamine
-and of coarse loads of peanuts![]()

I couldnt wait and took the first Mass FX capsule today morning will be followed by another 2 1 hour b4 the trainig and 1 more later on....
my weight at present 192 lbs(87kg) for 5.94ft(181cm) height...with some unwanted fat here and there...but not too bad....
The pictures are coming this afternoon...I am gonna get my friend to make some shot...

Hi everyone keeps coming back after 5 days off...:(
I am sorry about not posting anything....some problem turned up in my moods...dont misunderstand me,the training was going very well especially if taking into account the very low hours of sleep every day....:(
Ok....
So the cycle started on saturday....1 week has gone so far...
1-5 days:only Mass Fx taken 2x2 every day and 1 Rampage prior to each training(only taining days)
6-7 days:started taking the 3-AD with peanut butter...2x2 everyday
what I have experienced so far....I have to say the Mass FX does what I expected,fantastic pumps in the muscles...unfortunately some injuries came up in my left wrist...sometimes when I take the bar the pain could kill me....but even if some tears dropping down on my face I KEEP GOING ON!!!!!!!NEVER GIVE UP!!!!so thanks for this injury I couldnt put any more weight on the tops so far....:( I am sure I will next week!
so after 1 week I would say I am not bigger,but definitely look better,leaner keeping the weight!
Where abouts on the wrist and what exercises does it mostly hurt? I recommend getting some wrist supports, worked well for me when I had an injury. If its stuff like biceps and some tricep movements such as BB curls and tricep pushdowns, just go light on them or you'l make it worse. Your big movements such as pressing movements for chest and shoulders, pulling movements for back and legs are more important... you won't loose no size on your arms.
