This is my mission statement
The main reason for this cycle is to kill fat and gain some mass.
My work out plain will be planned on using the bow-flex and free weights. I like to work out at home. I may upgrade later in work out but time will tell.
I will also be logging as much as i can like I did in the umc. The more I log the better the out come will be and i wont cheap my self.
Well I started to eat proper past 3 weeks. I lost so far 20 lbs. I been eating clean and cooked 96% of my food so I know nothing was add but love. The main reason was to clean out most of the crap plus get me in line to rock this cycle.

To day i just got on the bike. i figure that i would start out this way. I wanted to get up early to do the bike but didn't get upso i took care of it midday
I have not set up anything for food for to day.
One note i did use the axcell and i have to say it taste good better then i thought it was going to

Can't wait to see things change, i know in the SX log there was big improvements. Just looking back I would personally say that you look like you have gone up some weight in comparison to the final pic of the SX+lean fx log, but that aint no problem because its gunna fly off again.

Day 2
Chest
Well Yesterday work out was chest. i didn't want to go out 100%. I don't think i will the first week since this is really the first time really working out Since last log. I going to set the base line of all the workouts. i will not cheat my self on this first week. My arms felt bigger after the work out and today they still feel hard. always a good sign that i didn't cheat myself.
I did lose 2 pounds so far, at the end of the week i post total lose for week. I Have to say that so far all the Supplements that i taking are doing the job good.
i took half a dose of MFX and HFX on day 3 i taking the 4 a day![]()
Food intake is good eating. still setting up my food chart, should be listing by next week.

Day 3
To day i woke up and felt like someone hit me in the head all night. so i just did the bike today. not to bad.
I didn't eat alot today since i felt like crap. My chest felt sore from the day before. I am feeling more ripped and i have not turned it up. I dont know if its the Tx weather that is hitting me hard but i should adapt to it soon.

DAY 4
I did a double workout need to make up for the other day. Everything went very well. i did feel little crappy but during the work out and after i felt good.

DAY 5
Did only 2 x's do to broken squating tools on bow flex. Overall i feel the burn on what i did i can not wait to see what i can do next week. i add 9 min bike at the end. So far i feel better and stronger everyday. i can not wait to see what i can do on the next week.
I have been eatting fresh every day and drinking only water.
The axcell seams to get better tasting each day that i use.
cant wait to see how the other flavor tastes. i will try it in a day
