I would say start with Bcomplex 100mg, 4-6grams Taurine, and PLENTY OF WATER! Dr D mentioned the water to me on another forum and believe me it helped!
I take 100mg caffeine Pre WO only.
Do you think i can take stimulant x to combat the lethargy that im getting off of Epistane? Or is there something else besides suckin it up?

I think that your estrogen level is too low and that whats causing the lethargy, maybe the only solution is pulse epistane, but DrD may have another solution ,wait for is answer.
i am in the middle of a phera-epi bridge cycle, not really wanting to pulse if i am in the middle of the log either. (kaz trisorbagen log) estrogen is energy???????I think that your estrogen level is too low and that whats causing the lethargy, maybe the only solution is pulse epistane, but DrD may have another solution ,wait for is answer.

Having a low estrogen level is the cause of strong lethargy(I read this in the book Anabolics 2007 by William Llewellyn ).i am in the middle of a phera-epi bridge cycle, not really wanting to pulse if i am in the middle of the log either. (kaz trisorbagen log) estrogen is energy???????

Not everything in estrogens is bad , but as I said wait for D response.
well before he responds i want to throw in here that i bought Superdrol-NG and want to stack with epi...thought this will boost energy also...

alright...i pretty much take orange triad.
i have some b complex but havent taken it because of OT
In the book this is called "steroid lethargy" and the reason is that estrogens plays an important supporting role in the activity of seratonin.Seratonin is a neurotransmitter vital to mental alerteness and is associated whith chronic fatigue syndrome ,estrogen suppression is associated with fatigue and epi. is a strong estrogen surpressor so I think this kind of anabolic is better to be pulsed.I take

well I think we need DrD...
Yes, NG would likely be a good fix, because it contains ingredients that are almost tailored for this purpose. When estro levels are too low, I also like to supplement with Ginseng. Not nearly as good for acute fatigue as NG, but great for endurance.well before he responds i want to throw in here that i bought Superdrol-NG and want to stack with epi...thought this will boost energy also...

I suspect that epi boosts neurotransmitters somehow, either as a GABA substrate, dopamine upregulator, pro-seratonergic or indirect adrenergic, because I get a great anti-depressant effect from it that is quite unique. It is a mellow, attenuated feeling, yet positive and activating with no fatique. For some, I can see how excessive seratoneric or GABA activity may be sedative, but if you're normally under extra stress you might think it's great! Caffeine or a high potency Ginkgo extract can overcome excessive GABA activity. In the book this is called "steroid lethargy" and the reason is that estrogens plays an important supporting role in the activity of seratonin.Seratonin is a neurotransmitter vital to mental alerteness and is associated whith chronic fatigue syndrome ,estrogen suppression is associated with fatigue and epi. is a strong estrogen surpressor so I think this kind of anabolic is better to be pulsed.
