    Default 3-AD/Massfx/aPCT/Lean Fx Dosing for a 210lb guy!!

    I am about to begin a cycle of 3-AD,Massfx and a PCT of MassFx w/ Lean FX and aPCT. I have heard that stacking these supplements give great results. I weigh between 208-212 lbs and do not know exactly how to dose these products. I plan to cycle 3-AD for 6 weeks. Suggestions? THANKS!

    You have the beginnings of a great cycle there flash!

    At 208 you're right on the line between 4 and 6 a day. I'd advise that you start 3ad at 4 a day and gauge your tolerance of the substance. If you feel comfortable with trying 5 or 6 a day, you could. Some guys at 230-240 find 4 is perfect, but some guys in the 200-210 range run the higher dose. If this is your first time on a PH though, 4 a day should be perfect.

    The exact same advice could be said for MassFX. Since you're thinking of a 10 week overall cycle, I'd advise starting MassFX at the beginning of week 3 and run it 8 weeks, all the way through PCT.

    At least for now:
    3ad (Weeks 1-6)
    1 in the morning with breakfast
    2 midday, possibly with your post workout meal
    1 late evening

    Mass FX (3-10)
    1 in the morning
    2 pre w/o
    1 late everning

    PCT
    aPCT (7-10)
    1 in the morning
    1 mid day
    1 late evening/pre bed

    MassFX
    Same protocol as before

    LeanFX (7-10)
    1 in the morning
    1 at lunch
    1 post w/o or late evening

    Sorry Flash, This is my first post and I didn't mean to hijack your thread... However, you happen to be very close to my size and I found that 6 pills of 3-ad worked best for me, but I have a question about the APCT dosage. If I was taking 6 3-ad's a day, I still only need to take 3 APCT a day?

    Welcome to AX, JP.

    That is correct, 3 caps aPCT spread out through the day is all you need. That's what so great about 3-AD.

    Little bit of a reminder as this is something that I asked about in my thread. but it is HIGHLY recommended that you take 15g - 20g of fat with your 3AD dosage. It doesn't matter if you take 1 pill or 3, they recommend taking that much each time. So if you're taking your 3ad broken up into 3 servings a day, that right there is minimum 45g of fat just with your 3AD alone. If you do 3 in the morning and 3, 8 hours later that's 30g min.

    Just food for thought.
