You have the beginnings of a great cycle there flash!
At 208 you're right on the line between 4 and 6 a day. I'd advise that you start 3ad at 4 a day and gauge your tolerance of the substance. If you feel comfortable with trying 5 or 6 a day, you could. Some guys at 230-240 find 4 is perfect, but some guys in the 200-210 range run the higher dose. If this is your first time on a PH though, 4 a day should be perfect.
The exact same advice could be said for MassFX. Since you're thinking of a 10 week overall cycle, I'd advise starting MassFX at the beginning of week 3 and run it 8 weeks, all the way through PCT.

2 midday, possibly with your post workout meal
1 late evening
Mass FX (3-10)
1 in the morning
2 pre w/o
1 late everning
