I ordered 2 of everything Sunday night and I just called and they told me it should ship today. I live 2 hours away from the warehouse. I think I might just go down there and get my supps..lol.

Definitely..haha. I want to start my cycle Monday and I'm waiting for those products to get here..I have some supplements left over from my last cycle and I just got my $630 order in today from BB.com. Now I'm waiting on my $530 order from them. If it doesn't get shipped out today, I'm gonna go get my shit..lol. I'm going all out on this one. I spent time saving up so I can go all out. "OBSESSED" is just a word the lazy use to describe the DEDICATED.

So my order didn't ship yesterday and I ended up calling again today. They told me that it should ship today and I explained to them that I need it by tomorrow and asked them if there is any way that I can go to the warehouse and pick it up because I live 2 hours away. They put me on hold and came back a few minutes later telling me that they don't have Mass FX in stock and they will let me know when it's in. The way that they said it gave me the impression that they put it up for sale before they received it and they didn't simply run out of it. So I believe that should answer everyone's questions regarding delayed shipping of AX items. :(

Well based on your post, it clear that i was lied to repeatedly by them. I just sent them and email asking where my stuff was since i was told yesterday it would ship by Friday.
I will gladly contact the BBB & Master Card to report fraud. I fuckn hate liars and have no use for them.

Wow, sorry to hear about the bad experiences, guys. Unfortunately, there's not a darned things we can do on this end about it. It's up to the retailers to make good on their orders. That's why I keep saying over and over to shop where you trust, even if it takes them a bit longer to get things in stock...not to mention "in stock" and "in hand" are 2 separate things. I feel for ya...

Order Cancelled!
After being lied to repeatedly by the Supplement Warehouse, i have cancelled my order.
These scum bags flat out lied to me over and over.
I called prior to placing the order to confirm they had the products, they said yes. Lie #1
I called again to confirm after reading a post in here, again they said they had the products. Lie #2
I called yesterday to see why my order hadn't shipped and was told it would ship out today. lie #3
I called this morning and was told everything would ship except for the Mass FX/TST. Lie #4

Just got an email says every single AX product i ordered was on back order! WTF and to top it off they charged my CC in full on Monday!! WTF these people are scumbags!

Wow that sucks. I sorta knew something else was up when they didn't ship the items that they supposedly had in stock because in their policies they state this: "If a product is inadvertently out-of-stock or accidentally over allocated, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The receipt sent with each order will show items not shipped." I'm going to wait a little longer and see what happens. If another site stocks all of the products before they ship it out then I'll cancel my order and buy from the other site.

Has anyone ordered from a site that has all the products?
