    Exclamation Mass FX help please.

    Share |
Im thinking about purchasing mass fx but im just wondering a couple things.

    1. How much has mass fx helped you gain muslce/strength?

    2. i found it cheeper on this website. is it any different then this one?
Mass FX Reviews by Anabolic Xtreme - Supplements101.com

    3. Will it still benefit strongly if the only thing im taking with it is whey protein and creatine? because i see most ppl stack it with things like hard fx and some kind of (ydrol) word? i forget what it was but im just wondering if its still worth it with just my creatine and whey because i cant afford any of those other supplements haha.

    Thanks alot!

The description and bottle pictured are of the original MassFX, circa 2006.

The product was designed to work well by itself, but also to be stackable with other products (i.e. HardFX and the recently discontinued Hyperdrol). Naturally, stacking will give you better results than not stacking, but you can still expect to see something from a standalone cycle.

that's rite, i'd say stack it with hard fx and trisrobagen and you'll feel the strength and eat good, plenty food and you'll see mass. Experince tells man...

this is a very good product! i's 17 y.o and used mass fx for 8week(6caps/day)
i increased my bench press from 132 pounds to 235pounds.
preacher curl: 50lbs > and now repping 7x90pounds
my friends thought i was on the juice or smthing heheh.
we is only training bicep/chest/abs because we are beginners.
ofc i stacked with creatine + protein whey

gonna do a hardcore cut with lean fx and thermonex (bsn) now for 12 week (:

    malle:

Just because your a beginner does not mean you should be neglecting your other major muscle groups, back, shoulders and legs!!

You will be at a higher risk of injury if you don't work out muscles to support other muscles. IE chest and not back (Believe me, I know from first hand experience)

And last but most importantly, working out your legs makes you bigger overall! It releases certain anabolic hormones in your body that helps you get bigger!!.

Beginner or not, you should work out ALL muscle groups adequately.

Totally agree with the post from chincheck, doing my legs is the best decision I ever made in the gym... even if I can barely walk up the stairs today from doing squats etc yesterday

Have to say I did also neglect my back quite a bit, still playing catch up with that unfortunately, you'l regret it later on if you don't start now.

2 most lacking works overall for people lol. Everyone loves to bench, and loves the "Beach" workout (bi's and tri's). Definitely gotta get em in.

Ye they are, luckily though my legs did catch up very fast and of course can squat more than bench, they are now one of my best looking bodyparts and my favourite to train. Well when I say legs I mean hammies, glutes and quads, love to squat!

I don't like calve training, nor did I do "beach" training as I didn't like doing arms and never do abs, up untill the last few weeks I didn't do biceps for 3 months. I think with back I just missed the most important exercises out and didn't have enough volume, now im trying to bring my back and arms back into line, one day I guess il do the same with calves.

I was exactly the same in regards to my back, Im playing catchup now, thankfully it hasn't taken too long.
Legs are always great haha, I know the feeling of barely being able to walk after a nice workout, love it!

Yer the main thing I left out for back was BB rows and WG pull-ups, doing the rows now but need to do pull-ups... my problem is that im so weak at them but I guess I won't get any better unless im consistent.

Still got a real bad limp today because of struggling to walk ha! Should be recovered by wednesday and then I hit em again on Saturday, YEH BUDDY!
