    I think that you should just go with 1 TST powercell because that way you can try with and without it ey? Then in future cycles you can decide if its worth adding or not.

    Yes one thing... when was the last time you took a full week off from training? I think that if its been 8+ weeks then a full weeks recovery its important before you start the stack and hit it up big time!

    In Feb month I had 6 days in a row, all relaxing and going to get off periodes like that over the summer, so all good there I think

    Also first going to run this cycle in the end of the summer..

    Yeh like to plan in advance, get all things just right and then do it in the end of the summer so I don't have do be insanely about the diet all the time, gotta' be able to get some xtra steak and beer now and then, but when I'm on a cycle I always switch in to "insane mode" and really think about everything I do, even with bulk, I keep my diet really clean year around..

    Thats a concept I need to adapt to, im doing well whilst cutting however my bulking at times was pretty bad... It shows as it was a long bulk but iv added way too much extra weight which aint fun to loose! In the future il try eating cleaner when I bulk to stop this.

    Will keep an eye out for your log when your ready to hit things up... Peace.

    Yeh also find the lean bulk is best, hate to go all hardcore on the diet and have to toture myself right before shirt off season

    Yeh you can be sure I'll have a log up when I start, ordering some of the stuff right now boom baby!

    Haha well its starting to get more to the shirt off season, well won't be too long anyway. Buying my Hard FX and TST pack on Wednesday to stack with Stim X for my final cutting stage before I go on holiday... might not manage to shift as much weight as I want to in time but il be looking better atleast.

    Really looking forward to trying the Hard Fx and TST, Stim X has deffinately been awesome in my opinion. 3 Weeks untill I start using them, boooyar!

    Yeh everyday is gettin closer, working on the last % to be where I want to, 7-6 I think, then I'll still be able to look good and still live the life, hehe..

    Sounding nice on the summer prep stack, going to make a log over it? would love to hear a bit more about HardFX and especially for cutting..

    Well I currently have one but Il switch over to a summer cutting log for the last 6 weeks before my holiday, this will include some talk about what I feel the products are doing... If I personally like them etc. Im strugglin to get to 10% nevermind 6-7 haha, ah well everybody is different.

    Notice the gym gettin busier lately, loads of new members because the sun is coming out, by september they'l all slowly dwindle off 1 by 1.

    Okay just bringing this one back, it is about time for my first of two winter/spring cycles, it is going to go down like this:

    (Caps taken daily)
    Week 1+2 - Hard fx 4 caps.
    Week 3,4,5,6,7,8 - Hard fx 4 caps / Mass fx 4 caps.
    Week 5,6,7,8 - TST powercell 4 caps / Trisorbagen 3 caps.
    Week 9+10 - Just Mass fx 4 caps.

    After cycle:

    Carnobolic to help with keeping strength.

    That is the main looking part of my first cycle to start my bulk season

    Won't be doing a training log, I run DC training and with that I'll already have so much to write in my log book, so what I'll be doing is having this thread where I'll update on the cycle and everybody can ask me questions about everything, supplements, training, diet or what ever you mind, so this was just a little wrap up, it all begins around end of august
