i'm a first time user of 3-ad, and i would like to know what dosage amount to take and when. i weigh 145lbs. i was thinking of taking 2 during lunch, and 2 during my pre-workout meal. thanks, Gill.

i'm 21 and i've been lifting 7 or 8 months now. i've taken mass fx about 2 months ago but i didnt really see any gains, maybe i was just doing it wrong.
A lot goes into it. I mean, diet and training are usually the first places to analyze. It is possible that you could have been a non responder, but those are rare. Also, how long did you run the cycle? At 145, 4/day is plenty. 1 in the morning 2 with your post w/o meal 1 late evening Would be a good protocol. I suggest the 2 with your post w/o meal because you need to take 3ad with 15-20g of fat with each dose, and for some, pre w/o that would cause an upset stomach. Make sure your diet is on point. I can't stress that enough, that to get the most out of this cycle, your diet has to be good and training needs to be consistent.

Regardless of what certain people have posted you are doing the right thing by asking and you have gotten excellent advice. Good luck with your cycle bro and remember if your unsure there are alot of AXholes on this board willing to help.
Good posting SDL. We are always here to help our members and the AXholes here will also give you great support too. True, at 145, there is plenty of room for growth. But we all have different levels and different times that are right for us. It's up to us as users to decide when that is, but being educated in what we are doing is an absolute must.
well see that's the thing, between post workout and "late evening" isnt really that far apart, about an hour apart. i usually get home from the gym around 10-10:30 at night, then i would take my protein, take a shower and go to bed. how about taking 1 with breakfast (7am) , 2 with lunch (12:30pm) and 1 with my post workout shake. (9:30pm, an hour before i go to sleep)with a table spoon of olive oil. sorry if i'm asking too many questions...i just wanna do my cycle right this time.
Ask away all the questions you`d like bud, until you feel you know everything you need to know. Thats why we`re here; to help you out The dosing you give up there will work just fine! The bio halflife of 3-AD is not _that_ long, so spreading it out like that is good. To me a good timing of dosage is more important than cranking it in around a workout for sure. And remember those fats yes, every time!
Exactly i definitly agree, whats more important is making sure its evenly timed throughout the day to keep levels constant throughout the day to avoid spikes in blood concentration. 3-AD works very well pre workout for pumps but no matter when you take it throughout the day you will notice great pumps with 3-AD.
