So, what do you guys think about creatine and carnobolic? I use both and they seem to be working great and even synergistically...What are your thoughts? Does anybody else stack them? Also, does anybody prefer one over the other?
It's a good combo, I would recommend it... But if I was to choose one over the other one at the moment , I would choose Carnobolic... Why ? Cause I've lately getting headaches from plain Creatine Monohydrate... If it wasn't for that, I would choose Creatine hands down. Don't misunderstand me, Carnobolic is great indeed.. But they are in total different areas... Better to choose between PWOs and PWOs.
I havn't used them together but the concensus on most BB forums is that they do work synagistically, personally I didn't get as much out of carno as creatine but I love creatine and maybe I needed a higher dose of carno. Thinking of creatine... not used it in ages but I got a full bag of it waiting to be used. Waiting till I stop playing football though I think.
I think the concensus is that they are good to stack. A lot of times, I recommend cycling carnobolic + creatine between cycles of MassFX and/or HardFX.
shit loads bob, she meant shit loads lol but anyway i think it would be a really great stack, Beta-Alanine and with Creatine mono has been proven to be more effective then either alone, and seeing as Carnobolic more effectivley boost intra-muscular carnosine levels then beta-alanine, i would have to assume it would be even more effective combo.
There is a good reason why so many PWOs have both beta-alanine and creatine in there... Both are scientifically proven and alot of people like the boost they give in strength, endurance and recovery.. Thinking of it.. I can't remember at the moment that I know of any PWO that doesn't contain both beta-alanine and any form of creatine... Can you?
Yer I know that id include both of these if I created a Pre-workout supp, and I know Jack-s**t about makeing supplements
Where's Tim at? Tim, I can't recall what your experience with carnobolic was like. I know that you've said that you're a creatine non-responder and that's why I'm so interested...
When in doubt, page me. (Thanks, Andreas!) My experience was certainly positive, although I go up to 6 caps pre-w/o for best effect. Increased durability, increased stamina...kinda like what you're supposed to get from creatine except that I don't! With creatine, I get just about nothing...and that goes for all of the kinds that I've tried - from mono on up.
