So the desert was fun, but i didnt work out much at all march-july15.
I recently got back home, and ready to get back in shape and put up and on some weight!
This will be a pretty long thread... dont know what ill be on yet, prolly gonna wait a little bit before i get "on" something.
I will be weighing in every morning to see what happens and how quickly I can gain my weight back. On January 15th I weighed 190.
I lately have been doing cardio 3-4 times a week, and gettin back into my weight training. My diet has been better, I will also be posting my MOD. (meals of the day)
With that I will be editing my posts for the meals to keep track as I go. Dont worry AX will be staples in whatever training I pursue!

1100- Late meal, work was crazy this morning! ABB Body 50 RTD. Pasta dinner.
Wow didnt see that it was a 2 serving dish. Damn wish I seen that!

I never did 12 HDx2/day! Someone else did, but believe me if you knew the source you'd know it was legit.
I really want to do some 3-ad, im just waiting for AX to get it back in stock because I was promised a bottle to log when i was in the sandbox!

How was the 12 Hyperdrol/day? Did you log it anywhere? The same "someone" told me that person experienced some "lordrepus" like gains!
