Pretty good workout this morning. I've got no complaints. My internet is up, but I have to get a wireless router so my mother-in-law's computer can also conncet. (That's where I'm living now, my mommy-in-law's, yay). When she ordered the dsl, she neglected to tell them we have two computers to hook up, so we just have one modem. My old verizon dsl modem has a router on it, but doesn't seem to be working with this connection.
So, I've been hogging the modem, but hey, I'm paying for the dsl. Anywho, looking forward to some NOS-FX action baby. Everybody make sure you get your addys and NDAs in so we can get this stuff. I'm psyched. I'm fuckin' PSYCHED!!

Nice workout this morning. I weighed 194 lbs. That's two days in a row now, I think I'm finally starting to gain some weight. I've been eating tons of meat lately, I'm only snow plowing for work right now, so my activity level has dropped, and I'm eating more often.Very nice.
Although, I did just start at an online university, well, a university that offers an online program. So, my brain's working harder. Does that use up calories?I just finished Week 1 yesterday. Anyway, here's my workout:
Leg Curl: 11x110, 8x120
Stiff Leg Deadlift: 6x315, 6x315
Calf Press: 30x140, 27x230, 22x320, 17x410 Drop Set to 320, 230, 140, 90
Reverse BB Wrist Curl: 20x30, 8x40, 8x40
BB Wrist Curl: 12x90 Superset with 90lb DB hold, 9x95 Superset with 100lb DB hold
I also did a couple sets of incline sit-ups and some core strength exercises.
Another good workout.
Flat BB Bench: 5x255, 3x260
Incline DB Bench: 7x100 || I almost didn't get the first rep up, particularly with my left arm. I think I was twisting my whole body getting it up, so one set was good for me.
Decline BB Bench: 5x255, 4x260
Decline DB Flye: 9x55, 8x60 Drop set to 40
Standing BB Curl: 5x140, 5x140
Standing DB Curl, Alt: 7x65, 4x70
DB Hammer Curl: 8x60, 7x60

Frickin' belt. Couldn't take the pressure when I was deadlifting the other day.They couldn't make the buckle out of one solid piece? Oh well, it's served me well for a few years. I guess it's time to go Inzer.

Good workout this morning. I gotta hurry up and get a new belt. I can't keep deadlifting over 400 lbs with the belt at the gym. It's an alright belt, but I was used to mine. I think I'm gonna get and Inzer Forever belt. I'll probably get the 13mm one and spend a fortune. My two good buddies both use it and swear by it.
I got my NOS-FX today, so that's sweet. I'll be starting that in a couple days. I can't wait.

A couple PR's, that's nice. Things are going well. I finally started gaining some weight, strength is still going up (slowly but surely) and I've pretty much been injury free for awhile. My next workout will be at a new gym, for free.The gym owner of the gym I lift at bought another gym last year. A much bigger and better gym. He's taking me and my two good buddies over there on Saturday and we're all gonna lift. That'll be cool. Not only will I have the motivation of lifting at a new gym and showing up the locals, I'll be taking my first dose of NOS-FX. Should be sweet.
