    Default drop sets

if your main goal right now is putting on mass, is it good to do drop sets. I always do them on arms, but started on legs, shoulders, chest, and so on. Any sugesstion would be great. I will post my 3-ad mfx tri adventure.

Dropsets are very good to finish off musclegroup with, and I often do them especially on my arms, chest and shoulder, at a 4 stage drop in weight with 15 secs in between.

I`ve never been a fan of doing them on legs and other large muscles however. Its more for that final burnout at the end of a full set, just to get that last fibre all ripped up

There are other things such as supersets or giantsets tho, which is also a solid addition to dropsets, or in between days you do this.
