That's about all it was, a few drops. Although it poured hard out here for a while last night around 2 or 3 when I got up to visit the loo.
dang, 100 miles? that's a good hump. and in 50 degree weather? that's hardcore. guess you gotta get the rides in while you can. my low back is tight just thinkin' about it.
I'm payin the price for that ride, Kim.... some hardcore lung/cold action going on since Friday. I'll be out of the gym for the next few days. It just isn't worth it. I tried yesterday and things still weren't great. I thought I'd feel better, but I only felt worse. Must have pulled something in my back that made it harder to breathe last night. This sucks!!!

Tylenol Severe Cold formula ROCKS!!! One bottle of it down (no, not all at once...) and I am feeling better. Lungs are still a tad tight at times, but I'm a lot better than I was 2 days ago. Taking the rest of the week out of the gym to recoup, and probably a good idea to not get everyone else sick. (If The_Rock_Says disappears for a week, you know what happened. HA!!!) I'm just relaxin and catching up on some sleep...for as much as a guy with a wife and 13mo old can catch!![]()

Inc. DB Flyes - 25x12, 35x12, 45x9F
Easin' back into things this week. Taking my time, but still felt pretty strong. I didn't go too crazy with big weight, but the bench felt pretty good.![]()

Did squats today for the first time in a LONG time. My knee had been killing me so I left them out for about a 1 1/2 yr or maybe even 2 yrs. I dunno. Anywho, went back at it today and...

Not half bad for not doing them in...forever!! Felt damn good to do 'em. I definitely had the "big man walk" goin' on. Right now... Sore City! Tonight's pre-bed cocktail is going to consist of 1 scoop AXcell, 1 tsp. Taurine, and 1 Anaprox (RX-strength Advil). Umma gunna fill it in da mornin!!
Oh, and btw... Today's supplementation was basic and a tad experimental. That's code for "I used 2 things that y'all ain't got yet". HA!!!![]()
