I can say this... the AX website, including the forum, is about to undergo a whopping change again. When the change occurs, all of the new products will be listed for sale. That was supposed to go down this week, I believe. So next time you log in and something looks different, check the Arsenal or products page and see what's there. If you see Carno and HardFX, then it's for sale! As for Aaron having it... well, being a rep does have certain small advantages. My Jeep would have gone through it! Or atleast it would have tried. Then again, my ol' Dodge truck would have gone, too. This much snow would have just kissed the bumpers!

Regular time for me today. In and out to pick up Izz at 6. Still not feeling that great, so I might forego the lift and just do some walking instead. We shall see.

I predict a long day shoveling and plowing at work tomorrow. Ugh... Is it spring YET?!?!???!

A drier snow, I would have no issue with. I probably sit down a little further than both your Jeep and your old truck also, as I was in over the bumpers just about when all was said and done. Combine that with a less-than-aggressive tire (I should have bought the ones I REALLY wanted...sigh) and how wet this snow was...I'd have buried it quickly.

We'll see when I actually get there - I'm waiting on a phone call now so I'm playing "hurry up and wait" at the moment...

Slackin last week, but still did some stuff. I've had a pretty wicked cold since that big snowfall and haven't had much time to get into the gym to do anything. Plus the internet is out at my office right now (the hamster froze to death and the wheel powering the modem is ice-jammed), so I can't get online throughout the day. To catch up...

Thursday:
1 mile on 'mill. Avg. Sp: 3.4 Avg. Gr.: 1.5

Friday:
1 mile on 'mill. Avg. Sp: 3.6 Avg. Gr.: 2.5

Felt good to get in there and do something atleast. I could only squeeze in a mile - by the time I left work and had to run back out to pick up the wife from work, that was all the time I had. Should be back in today for a good lift and maybe some more walkin'.

Oh ok buddy, well I had to order some stuff today as I have minimal chances to get products... like everyfew months or so I manage to buy something new. Got myself some more aPCT on its way as I think it works great! Next up will hopefully be carnobolic and Stim X in like 8 weeks?

Skipped it on Thursday. Lack of sleep from the week is catching up with me. I feel a bit better today, and am in better spirits. I just don't have much time to be in there. Get off work at 4, gotta pick up wife at 5, which means I'll have enough time to do a mile and that's it. Oh, well....better than nuthin I guess. Here's Wednesday's:

Oops. Looks like I forgot to update. Sorry bout dat. Had one more lift day in last week, but totally forgot what I did. In my head, it was a good one, so we'll go with that.

Around 3/4 mile in, I seemed to hit my stride. I started matching my speed up to the beat of songs on my playlist, and that always helps. At about 1.25miles, I was feeling pretty good. It was almost like a second wind or runner's high. Yeah, not far in and I don't go too strenuous or anything, but for me, it's still good.

Wednesday: Off.

Back in there today for a li'l bit and some more stationary bipedal traveling.
