Been reading A LOT about this and is serious thinking about trying it after the summer for my bulk up, so just want to hear if anyone in here has tried it and got something to share about it?

Not tried it but it looks like good stuff I must say, looks good for strength and size purposes also, alot of people seem to use this training with success and I may try it for strength sometime in the future.

Yeh always use more time in the kitchen then the gym, took some years but learned that now will also shoot some before and after pictures, this forum needs more pictures so we can see what it is that it does to us besides of the numbers!

Do you guys think that this sort of training is a good place for beginners to start or would this be better for more experienced people?

Id deffinately wouldnt advice this training for something who hasn't been training very long. Its quite demanding on the body and requires very good form, try something basic before doing a routine such as DC.

Basically you workout 3 times a week and for some muscle groups, chest, biceps, triceps, hamstrings back width. On these exercises you do rest-pause training in which you go to failure on a weight, count 15 deep breaths and then hit that same weight to failure again, rest 15 breaths and to failure again. (Very Taxing on the CNS so can easily lead to overtraining).

So for example you would do warm up sets and then 1RP set for chest. You would do 12-15RP on maybe incline bench so you might do: 9 Reps=failure, rest 15 deep breaths, same weight 3 reps =failure, rest 15 deep breaths, 1 rep=failure. That right there is 13RP.

You gotta research it really to find out more because its pretty complicated and very lengthy to fully write about.

I did this training for a while as well, I really liked it, but it is very demanding on your joints!!!!I ended up hurting my elbows really bad, so I stopped, But I made some good gains, but with my trainer now I am making even better gains with less weight!!!
