I've had a pretty tough time since January really. Four people I know have tired, one family and one who was as good as family. One right in the middle of exam period so they didn't go as great as they could have gone, hopefully things will be taken into account though - we shall see
I know I've popped in and out on some other threads so wasn't completely absent but I hadn't been training at all but I've gone and treated myself to some Wraath to kick things off nicely![]()

Pretty much till October yup![]()
Deadlift: 10x40kg, 10x50kg, 10x50kg, 10x50kg (Damn I'm weak!!!)
Seated Row: 10x62.5kg, 10x75kg, 10x82.5kg, 10x82.5kg, 10x82.5kg
Lat Pulldown: 4 sets of 10x62.5kg I think
Seated Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10x8kg
Barbell Bicep Curl: 1 set of short bar, 3 sets of short bar+5kg
Not much in there, but having not worked out in a while I felt it after deadlift which was terrible! Got rugby training tonight so will get some extra stuff in there![]()
You'l gain your strength back quickly no doubt, and it'l be motivating to see numbers raise each week!

Went for a 15 minute run this morning. Aim was 30 but it was so hot I couldn't carry on!

Workouts.. I figure it's only an hour or so... a day... maybe 8 hours a week... so why not kick my own ass!
Incline Dumbbell Press: 10x15kg 10x17.5kg 10x17.5kg 10x17.5kg
Flat Barbell: 10x20kg 10x02kg 10x20kg 10x20kg - I was completely fried after the incline so just did this really slow through the motions varying hand width throughout.
Standing Shoulder Press: 10x20kg 10x20kg 10x20kg
Barbell Curls: 10x15kg 10x15kg 10x15kg
Straight bar Pushdowns: 20x30kg
Just a quick in and out session as was busy.
Complete a*s*h*le in the gym, kicked a bench over right next to me whilst I was doing dumbbell press and didn't say sorry.
How many times I have to tell you guys over there...lbs not kg LOL...jk...been here off and on myself...good luck with the comeback.
